Summer & Autumn

Beautiful blue skies with lots of wildlife.
In autumn you get a lot of the little bush flies. The Sunroom table extends but its only a four seater. There are stools too if you invite friends a great place for happy hour .

Cooking

There’s an electric barbecue on the balcony, a wheelable trolley in the kitchen so you can wheel all your goodies outside and you will never run out of gas. Its a stunning sunset from up there.

Winter

Our building is in  the middle and above brick premises so its a very well insulated building. The heating is very efficient  and there are Doona,s, blankets and electric blankets on all the beds. but if you don’t like cold feet in the morning, bring your own slippers to  pop on.

General Advice
Suggest that at night you pull the blinds and draw the curtains to help keep the place warm.  Raise the blinds during the day as there is a ton of natural sunlight and close them at night to keep the warmth in.

Cooking

There is a full kitchenette available, then the microwave is there, and it’s a convection microwave.  if you don’t feel like cooking you are in the closest proximity to dining out in Adaminaby.

Clothes Washing
There is a washing machine and dryer and washing powder provided.  If you use it all please replace it. The general store has some in stock and is just around the corner.

 

The Kitchen

You will find your way around. There is plenty of extra cutlery and crockery, glassware and drinking cups  for 4.

There is a Coffee Machine for your convenience and you are welcome to purchase coffee pods for 1.00 each

We think we have provided everything you need but if we have not please let us know.

 

The Bathroom

All toiletries are in the cabinet to the right of the basin.

There is a hairdryer in the drawer to the right of the basin.

Towels are supplied and their is a washing machine and dryer downstairs if you wish to refresh them

 

The Lounge Room

Plenty of room to lounge about and watch telly plus a desk that can be used for a computer and media speakers to plug in your device and listen to your latest music playlists.

 

The TV Remote

Is in the cabinet under the television and one in the sun room.

 

The Computer & Phone Cable for Music through the Speakers

You will find them on top of the cabinet under the television & the unit for power and sound is inside the cabinet. The power switch is on the back and volume is on the front.

 

Heating/Cooling

There are 2 reverse cycle systems  upstairs and very efficient.

We also have electric blankets on all the beds

There are 2  electric column heaters in case of an emergency. please make sure these heaters are  not placed too close to the walls and do not place any materials on them.

Storeroom

There is plenty of space to store your fishing gear, snow gear, or extra beer in the fridge downstairs just upon entry, extra luggage is recommended to leave downstairs.

Rubbish Removal

There is a bin in the kitchen sink and re cycle and household bin and a  wheelie bin downstairs in the storeroom. No need to take it outside  as the cleaners will do that for you after you leave.

Collectables

There are collectables for your enjoyment and some are marked  for sale if you would like to purchase them. Payment details are on the tags attached to each item and we ask that you contact us and pay for the items before you leave. If we discover the items have been taken we will add them to your bill. Our cleaner photographs the premises before your arrival and after you leave.
